very quick and easy to use the machi8ne, but I'm not sure the wire brush or what ever was supposed to clean up the cut was working, but the keys work finennthanks
Self-serve kiosk was easy to use and although the key came out jagged, using the slot in the machine filed it up. Duplicate key worked just fine.
The staff was nothing short of amazing. Literally every employee had a genuine smile the entire time I was shopping. The employees were helpful but not overbearing. Any questions I had were answered quickly & contained offers to help me find what I was looking for. I’m actually thinking of re-keying all my locks just to have an excuse to come back! Keep up the good work!
Pleasantly surprised, one & done. Would use again. Love the feature that saves my keys in case they're lost completely, go top a kiosk & remake without original
DO NOT use this company IF you are LOCKED OUT of your house (a basic door handle lock from the garage to inside). Was told it couldn’t be picked. To find out it would cost $265 to drill the handle/lock not including replacing the handle/lock itself. WAY overpriced for a 5 minute service.
