Had 3 locks re-keyed at my place of work. Third lock, Joe was able to fix it enough to use and replaced the insert part of the lock ($20), it is a door we never really use. Excellent customer service. Rare now-a-days. Did all locks without disturbing our working environment and was done quickly. Will be contacting them again, when we get new doors.

We called Action Lock & Key when we were experiencing issues with a deadbolt lock. The gentleman who answered the phone was professional and courteous. We were able to get an appointment the next day. AJ arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. We couldn't be happier.

Nice spot with friendly guys. Needed a few pairs of keys made for a commercial building and their pricing was fair. All keys worked perfectly. Will be back.

I had a 40yr. Old lock. The cylinder just fell out. Took lock in. Gentlemen looked at it.nExplained what happen to cause this. Took about 20 minutes to fix. Only cost $20.00.nGreat service. Great job . Great price.
