this is the last time I ever do wellsfargo im coming i. Today to take all my money Nd going to America's best ..wellsfargo keep making up new wasy to take your money. They see u doing too many of something and now wanna Add a FEE for it. And the apps are and cuz input money n next u know I'm -4 dollars overnight without me know now I got recurring payments

I really don’t like to share bad reviews because sometime I feel some people could be having a bad day. But every single time I go to this location there is a teller named Fehi that has the worst demeanor and worst customer service. I told her I wanted to complain and that I needed her name and she told me she wasn’t going to give it me and to pretty much figure it out. I had to get her name from another teller. This bank has had its good and bad customer service representatives but this lady by far is the worst. I really hope someone in upper management reads this and addresses this issue with her. I know I’m not the only customer this teller has been rude to, I’ve seen her be rude to many other customers as well.

This is the worst bank I have ever been too. If I could give them -5 stars I would. It took 47 minutes in the drive through just to cash a check. There is no reason that it should ever take that long and than on top of that when I finally got to the window it was another 13 minutes to get the money.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever been in. Worst customer service it’s a shame most of the employees are Hispanic because they should help the hispanic community better but they do the worst with their own people! I will never recommend this bank to any family or friends, they didn’t even let my little boy use the bathroom when needed!
