Went through the ATM to deposit money. After I was done depositing I was waiting for the machine to return my debit card. It took a lil while to return my card but also returned money. I re counted my money to only find out it had Not retuned all the money that I had. I checked my account through the mobile banking app & nothing was there. Do not recommend depositing through an ATM at this bank. They will steal money from you.
I have been paying our mortgage the exact same way for 7+ years. The supervisor at this location decided that he wasn't going to let me pay on our mortgage, because I wasn't on the loan. If procedures are the same across all locations, why wouldn't they let me pay? Considering transferring to a different Credit Union.
The representative was courteous,efficient, and accurate! Lobby temperature was very pleasant.
This morning employee sneezed on coworkers side. She did not clean hands and start to count money for customers. I was surprised by this attitude during pandemic covid 19.
I did not feel safe.
I can’t believe that every single employee at this branch wasn’t wearing a mask yet they had two boxes of mask on the back desk, there are first responders like doctors, nurses and police officers that would love to have. Very Irresponsible people!!!
