Best powerlifting gym in the greater Chicago area by miles. Highly recommend, Sergio is an incredible owner that takes the time to make sure everyone feels at home and welcome.

Great staff and variety of workouts each time you visit! Everyone is friendly and the coaches are very skilled and patient. Superb!

Sergio was very accommodating and friendly even though I was only there for a short time. This gym has the top tier equipment for powerlifting and a great community. I plan to visit any time I'm in town.
