LA Fitness

All of the staff are friendly and they are well managed by Steve and Lexi! They have such a variety of equipment more than other LA Fitnesses and people share equipment quite easily!

Lexi and Morgan were very helpful getting my account activated! I'd definitely recommend this gym because of them!!

A great gym that is well managed and always very clean. The staff is very attentive and is willing too give you info on new promotions. Awesome!!!

****PLEASE READ!!!******nI recently opened an account with this location. I had already heard bad things about this location but I wanted to try them out for myself. They never gave me the hours of operation and I noticed the same day that I signed up that the hours would not work with my work schedule. This all happened on a Friday and Saturday morning I asked to cancel my account/refund. Front desk stated that a manager was the only one allowed to close/refund money and had to wait until Monday. So I asked them to make a note that I was there for future record. Due to work schedule and the time they close I was unable to make it in on time. I finally requested a day off from work to close account and both the front desk manager and the gym manager, told me I was too late to get a refund. The same gym manager told me when I signed up that I had 30 days to cancel and get a refund. Both managers pretended like I wasn’t trying to have a conversation with them and handed me a phone number. I have been a member of several big name gyms and none have shown a lack of professionalism and carelessness like LA fitness.nSide Note: Be aware that at other gyms, have staff going around cleaning and disinfecting equipment to prevent the spread of Covid, this gym had staff lounging around.nI Do NOT speak for every LA fitnessnSchaumburg, Warrenville locations just Carol stream
