National Karate in Bloomingdale is the best! All the instructors are patient, kind, and talented. Our son wasn't interested in any sports but after our trial period he was excited to sign right up. We love it here
I have met so many amazing people at Bloomingdale National Karate. I've been a student at National Karate for thirteen years with Master Langley. I'm now a third degree black belt and have started the Krav Maga program. Having Master Langley as a teacher has helped me so much, not just in karate but in life. Being part of the National Karate family has helped me become the person that I am today.
So many adults have getting a black belt as a bucket item list, or want to learn more about self defense. This is the place to go. My family has enjoyed attending karate classes at the Bloomingdale/Roselle National Karate for over six years. Both of my sons have gained confidence and focus skills. The adult classes are great even for those of us who are getting back to exercising after being off for a while! Two members of my family have black belts so far, and it is has brought our family together as we enjoy tournaments and other activities. The instructors here run classes and programs with a great mix of humor and hard work. Joining karate is life changing for people of all ages.
My eldest son, Evan has been a student of Master Langley's for 13 years. He started in the daycare program at 3 yrs old. Austin, my youngest son, also started in the daycare program at 4 yrs old and has been student for almost 8 years with Master Langley. They are both black belts now as well as my wife, Dianna. The boys have essentially grown up in the National Karate family. Also, Dianna, Evan, and I joined the Krav Maga program as soon as it was offered in 2017. We thoroughly enjoy all of the NK programs offered.
Ms. Langley, Mr. Whittenhall and Mr. Payne rock our world! Their kindness, dedication and mad-teaching skills have given our 8yr old a sense of confidence and self-pride not evident prior to karate. We would definitely recommend National Karate - Bloomingdale!
