Olivia the General manager is very sweet and friendly. She took care of me and understood my situation. Gym is very clean and overall amenities worked perfectly
It is a great place for exercise but I could find better places for less price. The LA Fitness team is amazing but the prices are elevated.
Very Unprofessional and unfriendly being at the position of General Manager Olivia Cook. Took her 20 mins to come out from the phone call to attend for just signing me up as fresher, and then being unprofessional! Only telling about the costly packages until I showed her whats online and how can she enroll with the price that I want. I'm gonna cancel my membership here.
The best by far! Staff is friendly, the personal trainers are nice! Lots of equipment no waiting in line to use any of it!!!!
It would also be nice to have a dryer in the locker room to dry swimsuits.
