The only reason I gave this 7-Eleven a 5 star is because of Ray who works there. His boss made him shave his head and he did it. I believe this to be cruel. Why doesn't everyone including his GM shave their heads too??? Human rights.
I have never had anyone tell me that having them scan my app is the reason I lost my points and they can’t help me. If your company hosts an application or special of any kind it is your job to be familiar with it to help your customers. But because it was taking too long the owner gave up and blamed me and was like it’s my problem. No. It’s your problem now as I will make sure I don’t come back to your store. And I’ll let everyone know not to go there as well. Never have I had such poor customer service. Shame on you.
Very rude cashier and overall bad customer service. The cashier yells and gives attitude to the customers.
