These folks definitely live up to their reputation and exceed all expectations! As a 1st time service customer, I was I treated like a valued regular, even scheduling my appointment around work & severe weather. Once I arrived, I was given the opportunity to wait & the service was completed quicker than I anticipated. The inspection results were detailed and honest with explanation that anyone from a new Subaru owner, to a long time technical enthusiast can understand easily. Hands down best customer service from ANY repair shop. I'll be spending more time & money there whenever it comes anything my Subaru needs.
If you got a Subaru, stock of modified, this is where you want to go! They know everything about these cars. It’s more than just making cars go faster, they do all the routine maintenance to keep it running forever also! Super humble people and always have the right answer. Unlike dealerships, they will always shoot you straight, they value integrity over profit in my opinion, amazing service from some really cool dudes!
Hands down the best service to use when needing to tune your subaru. This place was a little bit out of the way but i was beyond happy with the outcome. I will be returning for all my subaru needs
Do not go to the dealership for any work. This is the place you want to take your Subaru to for either basic maintenance, repair work or tuning. They will be beat dealership pricing, and use OEM parts. Don't give your money to the dealership give it to them!
I have taken 2 cars here (one Subaru and one not) and both times I was very pleased with their service.nnEven before I started spending on repairs of the first car, they were more than willing to talk me through the purchase of a used Subaru and warned me of things to look out for. More often than not, I learn things from just being in the shop and asking questions.nnAll of the employees are genuinely friendly and are just looking to help you achieve your goals. If you’re looking for a good, honest group of mechanics and enthusiasts, this is the place.nnAlso, they keep motul products in stock (which isn’t always common) and have a good parts counter, if you’re thinking about aftermarket parts check here first.
