Currently renting an RV through a relocation program. Third time doing it and my experience here was the best. While not the most organized, all the staff were helpful, courteous and got me out the door in less than an hour (my experience elsewhere was closer to two hours). But the highlight was Patrick, the RV guru who runs you through the rv before letting you off the lot. Folks who really understand something are able to explain it simply. Patrick not only did that but he gave me his number in case I ran into any issues. Class act.

We are from a much warmer climate and our heat broke on us. Dan has really gone out of his way to help get my heat fixed during a VERY cold winter here in Illinois! Even went outside of his company to find connections so someone could come help fix it. Very caring, would highly recommend!

Disorganized and terrible at communication. No sense of urgency. They do what they say, which is a key plus ... But, eventually. Office is good, but owner does not communicate well in the sales or delivery process. Other campers say the atmosphere is chaotic. I agree. And they don't adhere to masking and distancing consistently in the parts store. For that reason alone I won't do further business at least for now. 3 stars is probably generous.

I purchased a new motor home in Arizona and took it on the road. The motor home had some issues and was finding it nearly impossible to get anyone to help fix it. The entry door would not open or lock. I was referred to Art’s RV and I am glad I did as Chris helped me out and got the entry door repaired as well as a couple other lesser things. The motor home was fixed promptly and at a fair price. I would give them higher marks if I could.

We had a great experience at Art's RV. The owner, Dan is very kind and helpful. Clearly a man of integrity. We looked at buying an RV on consignment. Dan was helpful and not pushy at all. We ended up buying a smaller unit from another seller, but brought our RV back for maintenance. They did good work and got it done quickly on short notice. They have earned my business. We will be back for future maintenance and if we ever buy a different one, I would not hesitate to buy from Art's RV.
