Just purchased a new vehicle from DuPage Chrysler with the assistance of salesperson Matt Diana. This was our first experience buying a new vehicle and Matt made the process as easy and pain-free as possible. He is personable, very knowledgeable and most important...he's honest. Matt patiently answered all our questions and provided top-notch customer service. We first stopped by a few weeks ago just to look around. Although we had no intention to buy we were not disregarded, Luis was great! He took his time to show us around and a test drive. Enjoyed the experience so much that we returned a few weeks later to lease a car. Again Luis was the best, we told him what we were looking for and our budget. He didn't try to push us into something more expensive, with a little negotiating we were able to drive away with a Jeep that was within budget. Excellent experience!nnUpdate: 4 years later we came back! This time we worked with Manny. He was great! He took the time to show me different models so I could see the difference between them. Again, I experienced excellent service and would highly recommend DuPage Jeep!
I had wonderful service here! Started with my salesman Carlos who was so patient and helpful in my first car search. He found me exactly what I wanted and for a fair price. The process here was so easy and smooth. Carlos took the time to test drive multiple cars before deciding on the one I wanted. I highly recommend shopping here and having Carlos as your guy for the process.
Spike in the sales department went up and beyond to sell me a car. My 2012 Ford Focus died and was left on the side of the road. He not only sold me a low mileage 2019 Toyota Corolla at a great rate and great payment but he also had my Focus towed to the dealership for me! The sales team was great to work with and Julie in finance was wonderful. Thank you so much for making this experience so easy!!
Tyler was my salesman when I leased my wife’s 2021 Jeep Wrangler. I worked in the business for 5 years and Tyler was barely a month in when I met him. This young man has caught on quickly to just how important it is to pay attention to customer detail. He exceeded my standard by far and I’d be happy to refer anyone looking for a new Jeep. Tyler knew that I knew my stuff and didn’t waste any time playing games. He was on top of everything I threw at him and made sure I had the best possible experience.
