Normally I wouldn't start off a review just referring to one employee at the dealership. However, Brandon, my service manager went above and beyond to help in every way possible. He made sure the car was covered under warranty, to get it to me on time, and to get it to me fixed correctly. He actually cared and wanted what was best for the customer not for just for the dealership .nnOverall though, if you need your Ford vehicle fixed, stop wasting your time and just take it here. I had an issue with my differential and my catalytic converter. I had brought my Mustang up to a Ford dealership in Antioch for two weeks and I was told that I needed an axle, exhaust replacement, as well as four wheels.nnFriendly Ford took the car in that night, checked it out, and contacted me immediately to let me know that it wasn't any of the problems I had been told prior. They were very polite and straightforward and never tried to upsell me on a thing. It was night and day from another dealership and I really cannot think friendly Ford enough. My car is finally fixed and I get to enjoy the Mustang again. Thanks guys

JR in the service department went above and beyond for my Ford Explorer. He brought to my attention the fact that some paint was peeling already and it would be covered under warranty. Also, most places will just run your car through the car wash and not dry it. Not only was the exterior of the car perfect, but all the salt was cleaned off my floor mats as well. Job well done!!

Purchased my first SUV with friendly Ford and it was an incredible experience. My salesman (Russ)did an awesome job, he was professional, genuinely honest and kind man. The financial guy was the same welcoming and very helpful. The staff made my wife and I confrontable with knowing that the choice we made was a good one. We left the dealership happy with the SUV. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here.nI have now had experiences in the service department. I have gotten work done to my SUV now 2x in the service department. The 1st I needed to get my truck for fixed and that was quite a exhausting ordeal. I was put in a rental it was covered and I had to come back later once my SUV was done, then the next week. The show and ice caused me to bang the cure. Once again I had to take it in and this has been an bad experience, absolutely unsatisfied. The workers in service department are nice, but Lord it takes forever and the worse part is that I came 5 days in advance and they ordered the rim I needed. I still had to wait hrs and I had pre paid for the services, which the cost was way higher then I wanted to pay and was not expecting, before I came back to have the service done. Then I had to pay more money when I came back for a tire sensor. I would rate this a 2 ⭐. Hope I really want have to come back for a long while but only for a oil change.

I went back for four new tires. Eric Schmidt did a lot of homework giving me quotes on four different selections including prices, availability, & treadwear guarantee. He helped me make a decision and suggested that I wait a few days for when a rebate of $100 would go into effect. His quotes included alignment.nnI also timed the tires with regular maintenance service work. During this, it was discovered that I needed new front brakes so they took care of that too. I timed these repairs with some body work I needed and Friendly Ford worked with my insurance company for that and helped me set up a rental car for the almost a week it took to get all this work done.nnI've inspected the work and am satisfied that a good job was done. Although I paid a lot of money, I feel that I got the best price possible.nnInstalled a new battery. I will be back for 4 new tires.

Horrible experience with a salesperson (will not mention name out of respect ) but overall the dealership as a whole . I went in two weeks ago trying to purchase a truck , was given an APR that day and I go in today and they want to give me a 2% higher APR. They clearly lack communication between the loan officer and their salesperson . Would not recommend this place to anyone . They clearly only want to make a quick buck and lie about the terms and APR . They should at least all be on the same page and i would highly encourage you to focus on doing an extensive training for employees because they are a representation of your company and they really lack knowledge!
