Used to be my favorite fast station but after today never coming back here again. Rudest employee ever. The manner the employee spoke to me in felt so insulting and disrespectful. Whats the attitude for i dont get it.

Had 5 singles. Put one in the machine and it ate it. Lady walked over and I explained what happened. “No it would say $1.00. I cannot refund you you have to wait til tomorrow for us to count the machine down.” I asked if I could just give her the other 4 dollars. No luck there either. Fed it ANOTHER dollar as I had found another single. It ate it. Was told to go across the street to the gas station. Why do you even have an attendant here? Just to say “sorry”? EDIT: was at the car wash

you know once upon a time in this country people would give you good service This place does not. The attendant didn't know anything about how to use the payment or the rewards and didn't care
