Will was my drive thru server and he was very personable and made sure everything I ordered was correct and was super fast. Glad I came to this Starbucks instead of my usual one. Will definitely come to this one more often!
Depending on the location, off hours can take much longer to make it through a line. This location has been fast every time I've gone on many different days of the week. It will be my new go-to location as I've since moved away from my previous store.
I'm sorry Starbucks, your employee Dan (larger, bearded guy, mainly works drive-thru in evenings) has zero customer service. Not only that, but he is rude and doesn't say a word after handing orders over as if he is bothered to work there. I skip this Starbucks and go to one about 1.5 miles away just so I don't have to deal with that guy, he is not equipped to work with the public.
Totally disappointed today from the service. We ordered caramel hot chocolate with caramel swirl on the top of it through drive thru. On receiving our drinks, it was utter regret, we got hot milk with a bit of caramel tinge.
I love Starbucks. Today was really busy and they lost my order. Took almost 30 minutes to get my coffee. So much for online order
