As always I always video tape my gameplay. Just for proof for when I need to make a complaint or go to the gaming commission so that I have proof of their machine payout. For example today $200 put in with a total of $42 return so in essence that's $242. What is sad is this is one of the closest odds I've received in a very long time to the 1 in 4 the machine is required to pay out. Don't bother reaching out are trying to call the number so their headquarters or gold rush gaming because they will never respond to you even though the owner well respond to this post act like they care you can write them a 100 times you can call them and leave messages and everything else and they were spews to work with the people they legitimately steal from. I have over 75 videos of gameplay to where the machines pay out an average of 1 in 6 which is way off of what the 1 in 4 should be with Max back. I have offered these videos to management and owners and they refuse to even take a call or an email.
These places r evil. They're preying on ppl who need help. I tried to get my gambling addicted husband out of here tonight. The employee gave me problems. The police are going to be called at one point. This place is nice for ppl who can control the gambling. They have no policies regarding who should get kicked out. I hate these places.
