They are a busy location, however that means the fries and burgers are hot and fresh. My kids and I go here when we are in Bartlett area. Great service!
Super polite and quick enough that we didn't sit for more then two minutes. Absolutely wonderful. They checked the order *twice* and made sure everything was there. Definitely will try to be back.
This Mcdonald’s used to be the worst. I would come home from work at 8pm and stop by for some fries and it would take 20 minutes. Lately it’s had the best service! Today the male worker (manager I think) working the drive through cash and the woman handing out the food/drinks were amazing. They were exceptionally polite and promptly fixed an issue with our online payment. They were both extremely friendly and kind and wished us a happy new year. It’s not easy working in customer service and I hope their higher ups know what an incredible job they’re doing. People like that deserve all the respect in the world.
While McDonald’s is not my go to. THIS McDonold’s is amazing. Customer service is top notch and they actually give you the things you order!! Also the manger is awesome and easy on the eyes. (You are welcome moms) what a pleasant experience the few times we stop by.
