Worst location. ATM not working and long waiting lines.
Terrible bank! My husband never used his checking and he received overdraft fees on the monthly service fees. He went in, paid the fees and closed the account. Zions didn’t do their job, they’re still stating that he owes the fees (which have been paid for a year and a half) they’ve been reporting to the credit bureaus about this as well. We have been contacting corporate and they can’t even see the account because it’s closed. How can they close an account with the fees still owed? We’re reporting to the Federal Reserve since Zion won’t own up to their mistake.
Absolutely worst branch I have ever visited. Horrible customer service rude staff that ignores all the customers and treats them as of they are an inconvenience by banking here. Zions should be ashamed for allowing their patrons to be treated this way
Drive through tellers are slowest in the valley!
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service by this location management. They will do everything they can to NOT help you.
