Such a great experience! We did the self-guided vineyard tour, which came with 5 tastings, a bottle to take home, a souvenir glass, and a pass to look around their vineyards all for $25 a person. Everyone there was super friendly, and we learned a lot about their wine and winemaking. The wines were delicious and are on the fruitier side, but there is a wide selection from dry to sweet for both red and white wines. The scenery is beautiful and was a perfect relaxing getaway for the weekend! They are also pretty serious about COVID, with mask requirements, socially distanced tables, and plenty of hand sanitizer, so you also feel safe while enjoying the wines.
Such a sweet hidden treasure. The wine is tasty and their vineyard is a perfect relaxing getaway. The wine is delicious and they have a wide variety available for all types of wine lovers. The staff is also very nice and knowledgeable. They take Covid very seriously which is comforting to know you can have a safe place to getaway for the day.
Homey little winery and vineyard right here in Illinois. Delicious wines, nice variety, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Beautiful environment for wine tasting--laid back, rural setting, chairs outside to slowly enjoy your tastings, no rush, ample samples. Nice prices, even better specials. Vineyard tour is self guided, but they provide a map.
It's nice if you like Illinois wine. Which is overly sweet, syrupy, and really not that great if you like Napa, Missouri, or Finger Lakes wine. The winery itself is delightful
Nice setting, friendly atmosphere, good selection. I read the reviews that the cherry wine was good , I'm sorry it's awesome a great desert drink. The Niagara is a good camping wine. I will definitely return for more!
