Cheese and chili machine is down (I suspect it's never working), the ketchup packets are... Gross...
ZERO stars is WAY WAY WAY MORE than what this place deserves.......I bought items that were on sale and did not ring up correctly but they would NOT honor the advertised sale. Cashier was rude and management was even more rude. NEVER again will I stop here!
Says open 24 hours but they lock the door in the middle of the night when they don't want to answer the door
If I could give a zero Stars I would. Bad customer service. Their toilets were disgusting. Upon our arrival two employees were talking among themselves behind the counter if only they used the time to keep the restrooms cleaned. This 7-11 us lucky to have other chains next to them such as McD's, Subway, Starbucks etc. Otherwise there service is lacking majorly along with restrooms cleaning.
The gas price on the sign before the exit ramp was 30 cents cheaper than the actual pump price. I told the cashier and he said that sign has been broken for a year. Sounds like deceptive sales practice/fraud.
