I have found the staff very helpful, facilities very clean always, and the equipment in very good condition(except for women's whirlpool currently out of order).

Completed summer camp enrollment in April only to find out today that we did not complete the payment authorization form? We had months to do, sorry he will have to come next week? We have the updated card on file, but no authorization to bill it? What's the point of having the card in file? Then I get an email at 615AM that he cannot attend this week? Asked why the form wasnt sent with the registration packet and I got no response...

They always favor lap swimmers in the weekend against family time or open time swimmers. When in fact there are always 2 lanes for lap swimmers. Extended emails complaining against a bias against little kids. For some is one of the few activities littles ones can do at the YMCA with their family members, a bonding time. Continuously complaining to aquatics director Kyle Albright and COO Kevin Klein and President Phillip Jimenez for changing the schedule and lashing out times to less than 2h. Once they even tried a reduction to 90min on Sunday. No we have 12:45-3:30 Sunday’s and later it will be changed to 2:15-4pm. I understand the private lessons has eaten up lap time and family time but as said, there are always 2 lanes for lap swimmers during family swim, and lessons when are private and not group should not close the pool to everyone because of 3 swimmers when we have 4 lanes

Acceptable experience as a gym but I will never give a favorable rating to an organization that requires in-person membership cancellation as this gym does - that is a scummy tactic and one that honest businesses are more than capable of avoiding.
