I visited this CVS store last night on 12/31/2020. I made my purchase and headed back to towards my car only to slip and fall backwards due to the icy parking lot. My back has been hurting since last night and my bottle of wine broke and spilled all over my trunk. I didn't realize the bottle was broken in the bag until I arrived home. I'm not sure who is responsible for cleaning and salting the parking lot but they need to do a better job of it.
A nice store where if you forgot to buy something from the grocery store you can come here.
i think the whole store is great. the people in the pharmacy are amazing. good customer service.
very rude woman that was working the cashier. And she just watched me while I was putting my groceries in my bag. Just standing there. Didn't want to help me at all. She doesn't want to do her job.
I had a question regarding a prescription and just waited 6 minutes without anybody picking up. Even if your busy at least acknowledge that the phone is ringing and let me know that you are busy and to please hold. I'm sorry, I know Walgreens on North Ave gets busy but at least they will answer their phone. I know this by experience. Looks like I'm going to be transferring my scripts back to Walgreens.
