There are a number of cafes in the Oak Lawn Valley, but this is the best. First of all, the coffee here is terrific. What's great about this place is that they make your coffee exactly the way you wanted it , and they do it with a smile. When you do come back, they always remember how you liked it the first time.

Nice atmosphere and cool setup. Really really cool place. Visited from out of town and met my cousin who lives in the area for a quick chat. The place was open promptly at 7am on a Sunday morning.

Great coffee shop to enjoy a nice pour over at. Yesenia was incredibly helpful and friendly in helping me discover the perfect drink for me and her recommendation was 10/10! I’ll definitely be back to try more beverages. ☺ufe0f

I frequent Fairgrounds often for their coffee, which is high quality. However, when it comes to their food, it is hit or miss. The main complaint I have is that the orders seem to be wrong every other time I go there. I’ve ordered multiple food items that are missing ingredients and/or are prepared poorly, such as missing bacon or avocado on a sandwich (the avocado is $2.00 extra to add on...) or not enough filling or toppings in their breakfast tacos. When I get the correct order, the food is great! But, these mistakes happen too often to grant a review higher than two stars.... It’s very frustrating since there’s plenty of potential.

Bad attitude from staff. My friend and I went on Saturday morning at around 9am and he just asked the worker why we couldn't sit at a table and one of the workers was very rude.The worker immediately got defensive when he was just asking a question, we loved coming to this place to study and had not experienced this before. Very bad customer service.
