Delicious food when thoroughly cooked. But some portions are small and prices are high even for the good sized portions. I had the Cinnamon roll French toast. One half of the three small pieces of French toast was soft indicating the egg in it wasn't cooked. Even after having half of my wife's meal as she eats very little, I could have eaten more. It was nice that the waiter told me that the apple juice portion was very small. So I didn't order it. We won't be going there again unless we are desperate or they lower their prices.
Loved it! My daughter and I frequented the Yolk in Wicker Park often. When she saw that we had one much closer to home she was ‘egg-static’ to say the least. Great food, nice people, fun atmosphere! Super safe too. We will be back!
The food was flavorful and hot. The service was good, wait time was not that long. The portions were big, neither me nor my daughter finished our food. Definitely returning!!!
The food was terrible. Honestly nothing compared to grandma Sally, even though her son took over after retiring. This restaurant's food and setting is really plain and nasty. Waited more than an hour for two people. Food came back tasteless and oily. Will not be going back. Not worth the wait.
Honeslty I was expecting there to be so much food. But when the places came out I was happily surprised. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious, overall a place inwould be going to again
