I would like to say as a customer who comes in every day sometimes twice a day that your employee Carlotta Shaw is awesome ud83dudc4f I would like to say how she is so friendly and how hard of a worker that she is .She is always smiling and has such a good attitude she always makes my drinks perfect ud83dudc4c she is such a hard worker and deserves recognition for her work I wish more people were like her at Starbucks one satisfied customer keep up the great work Carlotta Shaw ud83dudc4dud83dudc4fud83dude00!!
I work across the street and my coworkers and I always get coffee at this Starbucks. I dont know her name, she is blonde and has completed one huge order that I had that consisted of 13 different drinks and she was just awesome about everything. I appreciate her for all the work she does when we go over there. she like deserves a raise of some sort.
Small, cramped seating area... mostly filled with young teenagers, in a noisy busy corner space near entry/exit doors. Staff? Yeah, not very attentive to waiting customers. Overall, I just can't enjoy a coffee in the atmosphere of a high school cafeteria.
Staffs are not attentive. One cashier yesterday took almost 7 mins talking with the girl ordering her drink ‘so do you like post malone’ if you’re trying get her number please consider that there are other customers trying to get a drink.
Unfriendly and rude staff. They don't really acknowledge or greet you unless you're right in front of them and waiting to order. It's like they've never worked in a customer-facing job before. Place is usually kept clean and tidy though.
