Love the product and the staff for the most part. I did come across one staff member who was really rude.
I have never ever disliked a store for their staffs until I came here. I hope corporate replaces everyone. I came in for a coffee Today and was served by two girls, one short and chubby and the other tall and skinny. Both were so rude, didn't even say hi until I did, it was obvious they were talking about me behind the counter, and they just put the coffee down on the table no eye contact and didn't even say anything??? I dont write reviews like that but the customer service is so terrible i had to.
Not good. The employees do not acknowledge you and are very quiet and slow. There was about 3 other people waiting to be served their order and the employees place the drinks on the counter all at the same time with no names or markings, and also don’t say who the drinks are for. I’m pretty sure I accidentally stole someone else’s drink as it was similar to mine. At lease it tasted fine. LolnnAlso, the employee said they can’t scan for Starbucks rewards when I pulled up the app for her.
love this Starbucks! the employees are so amazing. They are fast and friendly with awesome recommendations
Just terrible customer service. I'm glad they have a much nicer store down the block.
