Bowlero River Grove

We had my son’s birthday party here yesterday and had a blast. The bathrooms were clean and everyone had masks on. Mike the GM was very accommodating and made sure we got our food early because of how busy they were. Def recommend!!! The party platter with Mac n cheese bites ud83dudd25ud83dudd25ud83dudd25

Great environment! The food is higher quality than expected. Bar had beer and cocktail specials and good selection.

Customer service was definitely good nice clean place and good prices for sure. But only issue is that there is a lot! Of loitering and nobody says anything there needs to be security or something just my opinion it would be a nicer environment that's for sure!

The customer service is amazing here. From the staff to the management, they really made sure we were welcomed and taken care of. We plan on coming back soon since the kids can't stop raving about it.

Bad service. Told me the wait was 1 hour. Bought food and drinks with my date. Asked after 1 hr and 30 min. Was told the wait was 81 more minutes. One of the arcade machines ate my money. Ended up waiting 2 full hours and wasting $60 and never ended up bowling. Just be HONEST about wait times. Don’t lie to coerce people into staying and spending money. $60 for 1 pitcher of beer, a couple of cheap games, fries and pretzels is expensive as hell. Complete waste of money
