Very approachable. I have near twenty years of yoga in me. A core value of mine in a practice is attention to fundementals. I had previewed Heaven Meets Earth for a friend of mine in the hope of finding a studio that could serve a new student, my friend, in developing a sound and authentic yoga practice. Lisa, the owner and her teachers, offered exactly what I would recommend for anyone that might contemplate practicing yoga in a heart-felt studio. No mirrors, just real yoga. Mats and props available for travelers. And good tea. Also, though I did not shop, there are plenty of unique yoga related items that might be a good gift or keep sake available to purchase.

Go here for an authentic yoga experience. The teachers and classes are varied, skilled, and fantastic, the environment has the air of a retreat, the yoga store is stocked with the coolest stuff, and there is an amazing community here if you choose to get involved. I love this studio and the community here!!

I've enjoyed the wide array of classes & workshops here. Ashtanga-based Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Kundalini Yoga, Mantra Meditation/Chanting. It's a family studio with an emphasis on the healing & transformation yoga provides. Beautiful space & great teachers. i highly recommend Lucien, Lisa & Marissa! Keep an eye on the ever-interesting workshops & events.
