Amazing group of yoga instructors! Collectively they have created a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Thank you for always making me feel as an integral part of the team as well as motivating me towards my betterment! By far this studio is my favourite among many others I attended in the past.

My wife and I joined The Hot Room in the fall of 2019, and we've had an incredibly positive experience right from the start. The studio is well-managed, the teachers and staff are very friendly and supportive, and the variety of classes they offer is top-notch. Throughout the challenges of 2020, they have continued to innovate, offering many online and outdoor classes, and adding impressive safety features inside the studio. We highly recommend it!

I am enjoying my visits to the hot room, especially during covid times. Every class and each instructor is wonderful. I went to Meghan's class today with one set of expectations and the pace of the pilates varied as did the series of exercises. It was just what I needed for flexibility, strength and balance without the stale sense of just going through the motions.

Megan is the best!!! My upper back and shoulders have always been super tight. Meghan showed me some ways to help with that during class. I have been able to feel the difference in every class since! I highly recommend the hot room!!
