Amazing gym, amazing community! Steve and Jack are fantastic instructors, and extremely friendly as well. The group and vibe is very much welcoming and close-knit. I feel extremely blessed to have trained here with these fantastic people. Thank you!
love this place. Very neat and clean gym area,price for gym is affordable. there is free indoor track to run. gym is open early morning which I love and enjoy.
The instructors and the entire staff are very friendly and professional. They always know what they are doing. Recommended.
The best thing about this gym is the instructors. 5 STARS!!!
The workouts are very thorough but that's the only way to see results and build endurance. Overall, their services are phenomenal. Their charges per session and per head are amazing too. I strong;y recommend!!
