I was there on Saturday, January 29th and they were busy, but very friendly. The staff was dancing around and having fun, all while getting things together for all of the customers. It was nice to see them recognize the regular customers and at the same time, made the new customers feel welcome and appreciated. Busy didn't mean waiting too long for my order either. Will be back when I am in the area.

I had the best experience at this starbucks location. I've only been a couple of times and each time I am greeted so kindly and respectfully by a young man named Hanie. For this last time I went in it was actually quite early in the morning and Hanie not only took my order but also had made the order. I ordered a venti sugar-free vanilla iced coffee with oatmilk(I recommend this drink to everyone it's so good!!) the barista(Hanie) could sense my urgency(as I was running a bit late to work) and worked efficiently yet carefully to make sure my drink was made well.nnThe store itself was very well put and organized. I appreciated the steps taken to ensure the public's safety in regards to COVID-19. I appreciate all of the staff members work ethic and efforts at this starbucks located at Old Orchard mall. After having countless satisfying experiences I will definitely be back.
