Truly my favorite spot in the mall, I first discovered Adagio when my cousin dragged me here. I was not big into tea at the time, but Adagio made sure to change that! I love that Adagio meticulously organizes all their teas, it made it easy to find what I was looking for. Plus, they give free samples and it's quick and easy to get into their rewards program. Thank you Adagio!

Right as I entered the store I was greeted by the amazing staff. They were able to help me find the teas that I came in looking for and also helped me find new teas which are similar to my taste. All in all, it was a great experience and I am definitely going again.

Just left this Skokie location and was blown away!! Can't say enough good things about the store, from the smell when you walk in to the highly knowledgeable and passionate customer service. Erika was exceptional!! As a new Tea enthusiast, I'm so glad I bumped into her. She answered every question I had and got me excited about trying some new teas!!

My favorite place to buy tea. I love that it’s JUST tea and no coffee. Helpful and attentive staff who are incredibly knowledgeable. I learned so much about tea from Erika in particular.. She’s a genius. The selection is incredible- they really have everything under the sun, with options of loose leaf or bagged. You can smell all of the teas as well which is nice. As a black tea enthusiast, there’s nothing I love more than some fine black tea, and Adagio really meets my needs. They have a good rewards system and give free loose leaf samples with every purchase, usually a sample matching something similar to something you bought, so chances are you would like it. Only problem with that is you need a strainer for loose leaf teas in order to enjoy the samples, and not everybody has one, myself included. However it’s a very nice gesture from the store so it’s not worth a complaint- it’s not a big deal to buy a strainer and I plan to get one soon. Thank you Adagio for being my favorite and most frequent stop at Old Orchard.

Adagio teas has a comprehensive selection of teas from all over the world. The variety can make your head swim but Adagio found a way to organize the selection in a very intuitive manner- green bags/sections for green tea, yellow for white tea, etc. The tea itself is of top notch quality - we tried a mango green tea with honey and a ginger peach with no sweeteners, in store. What makes this shop stand out even more is the service- we were helped by Erika but other staff in store also seemed very attentive and personable. We will be going back here for more tea and overall pleasantness.
