As I walked in to the facility, the young lady at the front desk was nice. I brought up to her attention that I had spoken to a Nate yesterday. As I asked for Nate, he actually came to the front. Nate was very professional when I spoke to him on the phone yesterday and was able to accommodate me and my guests for today. He sure takes care of his customers with his friendly personality and great customer service. Also, Irving, was great. He took care of all our needs as far as dinner and beverages. I truly see that all employees here take care of their customers.

Our family bowled for two hours during this covid 19 pandemic and we were so happy for the experience. Everyone wore masks and the staff was diligent about cleaning up between groups. Menu was limited yet the kitchen made accommodations to make it work. It was bowling we are used to but the appropriate spacing and service made it possible to get out of the house and have a good family break. We went around lunchtime and they provided plastic gloves so we could pick bowling balls in a way to keep others safe when they pick later. The balls were also very organized by weight so it was not the typical walking around to find a match.

Food is good but is considered a bit pricey for how much is served. The lanes for bowling was terrible if you are a real bowler. Their lanes are dirty many times with food on the lane. It is also dark so you cannot even see the arrows and boards that you are aiming for in the afternoon. Lanes are dry and not properly oiled either so your ball will hook a ton. Not only that, they are missing 2 board mark dots on the edges of the lanes. I expect good quality lanes for somewhere that charges $17 to bowl per hour.

Their bocce set-up is neat. For bowling, their bowling balls are in great condition. The lanes are not regulation size - they're not as wide and maybe not as long as normal either. For their food menu, the cobb salad, salmon, and cheesecake was delicious. The pasta was rather boring and bland. Excellent venue for a wedding reception in terms of ambiance.
