Wow where should I start... Yes the shop is beautiful and I was very prepared to write a good review but my second visit was overwhelming. I wanted to cry after I left. I was the first appointment at 10am and didn’t leave until almost 4pm. I sat under the dryer for 2 hours and not because my hair wasn’t dry. I saw people come in after me leave before me with the other stylists. I felt forgotten about. Oh I forgot to mention she didn’t acknowledge me when I got there probably because she was so busy yelling at her stylists. I sat there for almost 45 mins before I guess she even noticed I was there. I asked for her to add a couple pieces of hair in the front to my already HONEY BLONDE hair so I sat while she said she was “coloring” the weave. However when she put it in my hair it was the same platinum blonde bundle that she let me feel before we got started. Not only that but she added red tracks to it and I did not ask for that!! With that being said she charged me $145 to wash n curl my short hair and add a couple pieces to the front. She said I paid $70 for a bundle of hair but that she was gonna keep it for next time. Huh? Well I didn’t know that I wasn’t ever coming back until the next day when I woke up and realized I just couldn’t live with this hair and the colors she added to it which didn’t blend with my hair at all. I called her and explained that I didn’t like it(I didn’t mention it the day I was there because she had A LOT going on and she was very upset and I didn’t wanna add fuel to her fire) and she told me to come now while she didn’t have anybody. I live 15 mins a way so I didn’t take long but When I got there I had to wait literally an hour for her to come back. Well she did it over and it is what it is. My hair pieces in the front still don’t blend. The hair that I paid for was pretty much wasted because she had to take it back out to start over but why should I have to pay for the mistake you made. I didn’t ask for that! She gave me the rest of the bundle I supposedly bought and there was a dark brown and a platinum blonde piece in the bag so you mean to tell me you colored my pieces dark brown and platinum blonde when my hair is honey blonde, added 4 tracks to the front and this is all that was left? She treated me like her Barbie doll, like you should’ve asked if I was ok with that color before you added it and charged me $70 for it. Needless to say my time is just as important as hers and I feel like that wasn’t taken into consideration especially when I had to come back the next day for a redo. She reprimanded her stylists for being late but she was literally late all three times I visited her shops. I hate that I had to leave this review but I felt it was necessary this time!

Very polite staff. Complementary food and drinks. Staff keeps their work place clean.
