Location is great!!. Wonderful classes, high-end facilities, state of the art equipment and skilled coaches. I would recommend in a heartbeat.
I am not over exaggerating when I state my experience at this plant based living food cafe is the BEST.(period) Try the Sea Moss Latte.nnThe fitness center is huge, clean and the team is very knowledgeable. A real GEM in the south suburbs.
