I’m loving F45 in Mount Greenwood! The trainers have been great! They’re just the right amount of motivation when you need it, informative about our session and best of all they’re genuine. The facility is spotless and well organized with easy to use app’s that provide everything you need to assist in your fitness journey. F45 in Mount Greenwood is an efficient and fun way to workout that will kick your butt in the best way! It’s just what I needed to get my health back on track.
