Today i visited and the hostess didn't say hi or anything when I came in. I was checking my game card for the two wilds and she acted like she didn't know what she was doing. I didn't appreciate the atmosphere. She had a pink Mohawk and then he earbuds in her ear.
Staff disinfected machines after everyone also offer you a drink I go to Dotty's all the time
Okay place just taking money cuz they sure are you paying out
Dotty's management is very rude, unconcerned about any issues you try to address. They only have a comment line which is a voicemail. I didn't receive a callback about my issue until 3 days later. Reminding you I have money stuck in their machine while in a bonus game. Didn't get to play my bonus because machine froze soon as I got in the bonus, after spending $100 without any bonus and barely any wins, and I still didn't get to play my bonus when the tech finally did come to fix the machine. Somebody by the name of Jeff called me only to bar me out of the store. He didn't care to hear my concern or rectify my issue. The machines stay broke with your money inside of the machine. You have to wait days even weeks to get your money out of the machine. Angie is the best thing Dotty's have going on. She is very helpful and attentive. Great customer service.
I got robbed of $120. right when i got out i was shanked and robbed of my micheal kors bag. tf not coming back anymore
