Amazing Drive thru experience. Food was warm and ready to eat. My order was taken correctly. There is this one worker there whose name is Daisy and she is the sweetest worker of all time! She makes my day whenever I stop by and is always providing a good customer service. Overall great McDonald’s in the area.
Order was correct. Once again, as always, they upsized by drink without asking me if I wanted to. How much money above the posted price do they make doing that to everyone when they order a meal??? Sucks!
The line was long and slow. Waiting 10 minutes in a McD line is not common. The food was still delicious though!
If I could give No Stars.nI would.!nEVERY TIME, EVERY TIME !!! I GO THERE, THEY ALWAYS SHORT MY ORDER SOMETHING. THERE'S ALWAYS A MISSING BURGER, OR A MISSING FRENCH FRIES. You also need to hire people with a little technical knowledge, maybe then your employees would know how to answer the phone.!!! No one ever answers the phone at this place. If I was the franchise owner I would be a little upset about the competency of the employees. And evidently corporate McDonald's doesn't give a care about their business.nThe McDonald's at 118 th and Pulaski is one of the worst I've been to.
I have always had good experiences at this McDonald's. The employees are friendly and efficient, and the food is always good.
