For the people who looking for a good person to do Loc’s Extensions DON’T GO HERE. I call her and ask her how much will it be for the Loc Extensions she said $400 - $450 over the phone. Today I went to the consultation she said for the Loc’s Extensions it will be $550. For the Consultation it was supposed to be $26 then she changes it to $36. Then she said I don’t have Change. Very unprofessional and I will not be coming back.
The service was overly great very professional and felt like home im only going here from now on she was very knowledgeable about my hair and soon helpful!! I recommend everyone to go here
I made an appointment and she was supposed to send a reminder and she never did. So l called the day before my appointment just to double check and she acted like she NEVER spoke to me and that I never made an appointment. Then tried to push me to another week!nDON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
Consistently late, changes your appointment time without consulting you, and will sometimes forget about you altogether and replace your time slot with another customer. On the plus side, she does good work, so if you don't mind your time being wasted a little, check her out.
Very Unprofessional, They change your appointment without you even knowing to make it more convenient for them, my Appointment was at 8o’clock she said she overslept I will get there at 8:35 and by 9 o’clock I left
