I started CrossFit just over three years ago at Gambit and I attended fairly sporadic due to my life situation at the time. I have since moved and I am a consistent gym goer now. I’ve visited several CrossFit affiliates across the United States and none of them have compared to the quality of instruction, programming, or equipment as this place. Without a doubt the best box I’ve ever been to. I miss the coaches and people. They are welcoming and fun.nnIf you’re near St. Louis don’t miss the opportunity to workout here.
Instructors are encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun. The workouts are hard but time flies quickly, and you feel great afterwards.
This place will change your life. Amazing and knowledgeable trainers, all the equipment you could ever want, a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere, and so many fitness options
I lost like 40 lbs here. And the owner even let me ride in his car once, that’s what I call service!
andrew and kelley are top notch coaches and their gym is unmatched in the area. if you're looking for a spot to train, look no further than gambit.
