This Starbucks is located at the bottom of the Hyatt hotel. I wish Starbucks was more consistent across the board. I got my usual (iced caramel latte made made with half and half) and it was not good. On top of that, what is usually about $4 was $7. I asked why it was so expensive and I was told “I don’t know”. My assumption is because it’s a tourist location or because it’s in a hotel, I’m not sure. I would not have cared if I liked it, but it sucks to pay way more and then the drink not even taste good. Just a waste of money.

Popped in for cocoa and cake! The staff member helping us was nice and patiently answered all of our questions.
The egg whites are very good
Long line, staff not paying attention and made drink wrong. 30 minutes for coffee is ridiculous
