It's a great place. I go there with my family when I'm not working and sometimes when I get off work. The staff is nice and helpful, very professional and polite. They have great equipment, the place is always clean. We love it so far!!
Horrible customer service. Very rude and belligerent on social media. Do not care about those who come on midnights while there is not staff present. Based in their response to my review, I’m fairly certain it’s ran by children. Very petty and unprofessional. They hadn’t had a review in 6 months to a year... one of which was negative on Facebook. After I posted my review, they suddenly had 3 new ones within 8 hours including pics of the owner with the member. Pretty sad when you have to go around and ask members to help you out with good reviews Bc no one really feels compelled to actually post one. Do not recommend.
Best prices for what you get in town, 25k sqft gym, 40ft ceiling, best personal training team in the area, 24/7, nutrition coaching, friendliest staff, and best customer service. Since covid happens, Warehouse is the only gym to actually do what was asked of them to protect their members. Wouldn't go to any other gym.
Perfect place for working out.....
All around solid place to workout, friendly and helpful staff. Much better than golds or planet fitness.
