I went into fas mart at 8:06pm Dec. 27th. I cant remember exactly the young man's name but he was working at the counter. As someone from out of state , I found his service to be very friendly and top notch. My family lives in this town and he re-affirmed my view that the people of Salem are friendly and nice. Cashier thought she could pull one on me by saying the lottery ticket wasn't a winner. Ha!! I took a picture of the ticket before I turned it in. 50 dollar winner. She kept it. Smh. They have lost alot of people now. I take my clients there almost every day. So you lost my business and my 5 clients. And hopefully more after people read this and see how shady a person can be

Your store on Vail street is a joke, you might as well close it down. You have a bunch of people working there that has absolutely no idea what they are doing.. every time I go in there, there is an issue , either you don’t have the product or the cashiers don’t know how to run the register. People don’t have time to stand in there and wait for 30 minutes for them to figure out how to ring stuff up..it’s ridiculous..

Stopped here with the family on a late night road trip home from my sisters and I went in with my step dad and got a little bottle of prairie farms whole milk and even thought it is 6 days until the expiration date it was still completely spoiled. I tried calling but I guess since you are 30 mins until close you won’t answer. I tried to give you a heads up but i hope you see this or someone else doesn’t buy it ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f
