Great service! Tricia is outstanding at cutting all different styles of hair!! She did an awesome job on my son's long hair then did a great job on my short haircut! Greatly appreciated.

I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment which was at 4:30 PM, I was greeted and given a drink. At 4:45 PM I still had not been seen nor acknowledge that I was there. I had to make a load knock on the counter for some one to acknowledge me, I asked if I would be getting my hair cut, she said that my Hair styles was still cutting some one's hair and I would need to waiter longer, since the individual who was getting their hair cut had long hair. Here's my problem any business that does not keep their customer updated of why they are still waiting passed their scheduled appointment is being rude and disrespectful to the customer. I had make an appointment a few days earlier and was five minutes late, they had no problem cancelling my appointment and giving it to some one else and this I understand but when they make the mistake we (customer) are excepted to sit back and be quite. The other issue is that there was no manager or someone of higher authority to complain to.

Me and my son go here to get our haircuts all the time they are always friendly and polite we use Trisha there and her service is top notch if you want a good haircut by people who care how you look go check it out guys

Normally I wouldn't leave a review on a hair place because it's not too big of a deal, however... Due to covid we didn't drag the whole family in, I took in only my son & told the stylist what we wanted & waited in the car. We asked for a trim, to clean up his edges. My boy had a long on top short on the sides cut which he styled & put in a swoop back ponytail for sports. When he walked out of the hair salon he had a short all over cut and no styling could even be done. Basically 1 length all over, short. He had been growing his hair out for a year to have it all cut off after asking for a trim. Unfortunately once it's gone it can't be put back, we just have to let it grow, again.
