Jeremy does a great job at making yoga fun for you and not over doing a stretch for you body type.
I’ve tried different yoga studios and Hot 4 Yoga is by far the best. The instructors at Hot 4 Yoga are well trained and mature in their teaching. I’ve never been disappointed with a class and always feel like I’ve had a good workout. As a busy, full-time working mom, these classes are always worth it and the next day I want to go back.
I absolutely love hot 4 yoga. Clean facility, great hours. The teachers are simply amazing and you can tell they are all in it for the right reasons. I love how passionate the instructors are, which carries on to how passionate the class takers are. They are always willing to help one on one with poses as well. Great facility full of great people!!! Will ALWAYS recommend to friends and family! When you walk through their doors all of the judgment in the world slips away and becomes such a peaceful place with an added great work out.
You will find much more than just certified top-notch instructors with state of the art equipment (floor/heaters) @ HOT4YOGA! Innovative am and pm classes with personalized instruction, weekend workshops, and fun surprise events. The owners are gentle, inviting and smart! If the thought of 'YOGA and SWEAT' appeals to you, then this is the place you want to be! Check it out! I'm hooked!!
This Hot Yoga studio is the best I’ve ever been to. Hot 4 Yoga is clean, bright, has amazing teachers and a nice mix of classes. Jeremy, Val and Cheri are great whether you’re a brand new beginner or have been practicing for many years. They know their stuff! I typically don’t take hot classes, but they have me converted, hahaha. I love the special antimicrobial floors there, the infrared heaters AND a shower in the studio. So glad to see hot done right!
