The self defense instruction by the owner, Leslie, was excellent. This is an awesome place to train and gain confidence in how to protect yourself. This is a must for all in today’s society and especially for females of all ages! I highly encourage everyone to get this valuable and practical training. It’s not difficult at all to learn. Anybody can and should do this for themselves and their family. I really love Leslie’s teaching style!
Leslie makes working out fun!! She not only cares about clients looking and feeling good but she also encourages client's knowledge in self defense. I highly recommend checking out her studio!
