I got an order on march 22 at night. There were some really genuine and nice workers serving me. Made me go from getting food to uplifting my entire day. If workers are always like that at McDonalds I would always go there!

Like most others, my expectations for McDonald’s isn’t high. This a first job for most, and they take in just about anyone to work behind a register. However every time I come to this McDonald’s I’m waiting on my lunch shift for a half an hour to get my order placed. Once I get my food it’s never fresh, the fries are cold, and the drinks are never right. Will I ever go back? No. I’ll find somewhere else. But I’m highly dissatisfied with this location. Also I noticed if you ever ask for extra of anything say mustard, pickles, or onions, they make it so you can’t even eat the sand which. I’m sure this is just to ridicule the customer to asking anything special. Just do better.

Came to the McDonald’s at 10:20pm and sat at the drive-thru for about 5-6 minutes. I called the store and a man answered so I asked if they were still open and they said they weren’t. They were supposed to close at 11pm which would’ve been 40 minutes after I arrived. Wouldn’t have left a bad review if this would’ve been said through the speaker. Will not return again.

Our milkshakes were perfect but we had to wait about 10 minutes for fries and by the time they brought out all the food our sandwiches were cold and our sodas were flat. Its McDonald's so its not like we have super high standards. But this location usually misses the mark.

The one on Johnson road in granite City is one of the best places to get Covid. No one was wearing a mask properly and some not at all. Also check the price you pay against the menu. I was charged more for some items than priced, the manager pretty much told me tough. We had a price increase.
