Showers are KING SIZE compared to other Pilots. Shower manager was super nice. Too many reserved parking spaces compared to standard ones.

Would not clear the snow from the second sidewalk going in from the drivers side entrance, nor would they even attempt to clear their parking lot , many trucks were getting stuck trying to get to the fuel even their flying j truck got stuck, falls agian to flying Js lack of service. we saw an improvement it seemed a few months ago but agian they are falling back into the same routine.. maybe the Cleveland browns come first

Horrible is being nice. Bathrooms filthy none of the stall doors lock. One of the stalls missing a door. Absolutely Pathetic.

Another Pilot/Flying J, another location without wifi. Kind of gets on nerves of guys like me who pay to have access to the premium wifi, this location shows wifi is available, yet when I call Customer Care because it's not showing at all on my systems, they say this location has been down for over a month. Store is cleaner than last time I was here and the parking lot is cleaned up which is nice. I hate the masks as much as the next person, but it's unprofessional when the staff is walking around the store and talking customers over by the food section with it hanging off their chin. What's happened to this chain the past couple years? Looks like it's Love's or Road Ranger from now on.

Debra the cashier was a total sweetheart that made my day. Excellent customer service. I wish all pilots had a Debra.
