The staff was kind but they got our very simple drink order so wrong. I asked for a English breakfast tea with oatmilk and honey and they didn't add either of those things. I expected more because I'm a partner also and I always double check my drinks I make before sending them off. We had to stop at a gas station to get cream and sugar (which tasted awful) because we were commuting from Texas to Chicago. It was a real bummer.

So upset right now. How are you going to have only ONE person making drinks when it's crazy busy first thing in the morning.?! We waited 20 minutes for our order! My drink was supposed to be warm but it came out WAY too HOT to drink. So disappointed. Don't bother going in here unless you have a small enough car to make the clearance in the drive thru because apparently online orders get done all before yours.

If I could give this Starbucks less than one star I would!! They have weird hours, at normal times that a coffee shop should be open they are closed and 9 out of 10 times they mess up on my drink!! Since they reopened after Covid closure they haven’t been worth going to!!! Will not waste anymore of my money there!!

This place was good, but they did charge my sister and I twice on our cards though I'm sure no fault of their own.

Blonde iced white chocolate mocha breve w/ raspberry syrup and an extra shot or if you aren't in to coffee try and iced London fog it's such a yummy tea drink. If steeped correct it almost tastes like cereal milk~ The strawberry açai lemonade refersher is really lovely too.
