Worse place to go to if you don't have appointment. I mean really you can't take 5 mins to unload 9 skids off a straight truck. Is there anybody working? I've delived to other storage places and never waited more than an hour even without an appointment. They know that I'm a courrier and not a carrier. Guess coustumers don't matter to them. I just hope they're better on the inside at keeping coustumers stuff properly stored. Eagan site in Minnesota.
Ive heard alot of comments the managers and supervisors are mean they yell alot to the workers and they make them work during a winter storm
